The Byre Holiday Cottage Melrose forms forming part of a luxurious new barn conversion just three miles from the pretty Borders town of Melrose in the Scottish Borders with spectacular views towards the Gala Hills, down the Yare Valley and countryside beyond.

The Byre Holiday Cottage Melrose is a perfect mix of original and contemporary features teamed with luxurious furnishings, stylish fixtures and underfloor heating. The light filled open plan living area has superb views of the Gala Hills and opens out onto a West-facing decked area from which to relax and enjoy a glass of wine! The two bedrooms are beautifully appointed with comfortable beds and luxurious linens with one bedroom en-suite and the other enjoying its own separate luxurious bathroom.

Set in the very heart of Sir Walter Scott country, The Byre Holiday Cottage is set on seven hundred acres of unspoilt estate land making it the perfectly places for walkers, cyclists, nature lovers and fieldsports. Fishing, either day rods or weekly lets, can be arranged directly with the estate office; stabling can be provided for guests interested in bringing their own horse; and guided tours of the area can be arranged - whether on two feet, two wheels or four hooves!

The Byre Holiday Cottage Melrose can also be let in conjunction with The Granary (Sleeps 8)The Stables (Sleeps 4) or The Smiddy (Sleeps 4), allowing flexibility for extended families or groups looking to holiday together.
